We had a destination wedding and I wanted something colourful in the tropical weather. Blue was decided as part of my "something blue" and the yellow satin ribbon was to match the beautiful frangipani bouquets. It worked really well and everyone complimented on the choice of colour and style of the bridesmaid dress.
The knee-length dress was great in hot/summer weather. It's also in A-line so it is easy for the bridesmaid to move around while helping the bride to adjust the train, hold the bouquets, etc. This dress will work with heels or flats. All in all, this is a gorgeous dress but also practical.
Unfortunately, a couple of the bridesmaids couldn't come due to a family emergency, hence I have 2 dresses that are new and never worn. I have a dress in size 10 and another one in size 6-8. The pictures here are for a dress in size 14 (my only bridesmaid on the big day). I hope you will love these dresses as much as I do! |
