This dress is simply STUNNING. For one minute did I not consider a 3/4 length dress, but this was perfect for for outdoors wedding. Must be seen to appreciate how beautiful it is! The skirt in the full silk organza is simply gorgeous and the 1950’s styling gives it a pretty, retro vintage feel. Fabric: Delicate corded lace over heavy silk taffeta (100% silk) on the bodice and a skirt of silk organza (100% silk) over taffeta under layer with silk taffeta waistband and sash.
Detail: Real freshwater pearls, Swarovski rhinestones and beads hand stitched in a design on the silk sash. Please note the actual dress itself has not been altered, however, due to me being 4 months pregnant at the time, I had my seamstress include some thin straps and remove the original zip from the back to add a corseted style. This can be easily taken out and the zip reattached as well as the straps. The bodice and skirt has not been amended in any way.
